This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference within the local community of Littlehampton. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual who has a client-centred approach to supporting clients who are homeless and have complex needs.
Supporting individuals to make substantial changes is challenging and highly rewarding work and Littlehampton Community Hub takes great pride in the role that it has in marshalling community support for some of the most vulnerable individuals in the town.
Working from Littlehampton Community Hub, the Advice and Assessment worker is the first point of contact for clients in crisis in the community. Working closely with Turning Tides specialist support workers and other local agencies and services, the Advice and Assessment Workers will pull together a network of support specifically tailored to individual client needs.
