**Your role as Customer Care Administrator with Croudace.**

You will Provide general administrative support to all team members within the Customer Care department and ensure efficient and accurate processing and storage of correspondence in accordance with department procedures.

**About you**
- 1-2 years’ experience gained in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external customers/clients at all levels.
- Highly organised.
- Proficient user of MS-Office suite
- Good word processing skills and ability to type efficiently.
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
