About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address and respond to customer issues in a prompt and organized manner
  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards our customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to form excellent working relationships and ensure seamless communication
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with colleagues and management
  • Issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
  • Follow up on all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works are completed within a 28-day period
  • Keep our database system up to date at all times
  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Work directly with the office manager to ensure our KPIs are in line with company guidelines
  • Learn and adhere to the company Health and Safety requirements
