About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address and respond to customer issues in a prompt and organized manner
  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards our customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to form excellent working relationships and ensure seamless communication
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with colleagues and management
  • Issue instructions to subcontractors and follow up to ensure prompt resolution
  • Follow up on all outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works are completed within a 28-day period
  • Keep our database system up to date at all times
  • Carry out general administrative duties
  • Work directly with the office manager to ensure our KPIs are in line with company guidelines
  • Learn and adhere to the company Health and Safety requirements
