Do you have excellent customer service skills, coupled with a good level of administration experience? Are you from the Waste Management Industry with knowledge of Hazardous Waste?

You will be based at our Hub at Landor Street, Birmingham. The salary is from £26,500 plus Bonus, Pension.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be supporting the Regional Customer Hub to provide excellent customer service to our current client base.

Our aim is to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers, keeping them informed, engaged and maintain proactive relationships.

**What are the requirements?**
- Previous administration experience, with the ability to create and maintain positive customer levels whilst managing expectations
- Background in Supplier relations, supplier invoice reconciliation
- Professional, confident and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our customers first.
- Knowledge of Hazardous Waste
- Resolving customer problems promptly, whilst proactively promoting customer loyalty through account reviews and retaining existing accounts.
- A true team player, with the ability to be flexible, support and collaborate with the team where necessary.
