Our client based in Charminster has an immediate requirement for an efficient and experienced administrator to join a project team to assist with the updating of personnel records and ensure compliance.
The role will consist of the following:
- Sorting through electronic and paper staff documents
- Reviewing documents against our staff file compliance checklist, following written guidance
- Scanning documents
- Possibly identifying and plugging gaps in our staff files
- Possibly contacting and communicating various internal departments
- Possibly speaking to employees
Applicants must have great communication skills to be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels across the business, you must also have good IT skills (use of Word, Excel etc), must be able to work alone and under your own initiative and not be afraid to ask questions. Experience in an HR or recruitment background would be a distinct advantage.
This is a temporary role, expected to last for 4 weeks, with an immediate start required. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 17:00 pm. We can offer a starting pay rate up to £12.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
