We have an excellent new role to join our client based in Bournemouth as a part time Administrator
**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be providing key administrative support to the whole team with all admin duties, meeting arrangements, taking notes with action points, collating reports and much more This role will see you getting involved in supporting all new processes bought in in order to bring efficiencies to the team as they continue to undertake new projects. You will need to have excellent organisation, the ability to multitask under pressure all whilst maintaining a friendly, professional manner.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong communications skills both verbally and written
- Proven experience in a strong administrative role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- Excellent coordination, organisation and time management skills
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly & approachable
**Hours & Benefits**:
- Between Monday - Friday up to 24 hours
- Competitive hourly rate
- Flexibility on hours with board meetings
- Complimentary breakfast on meeting days
