**Detailed job description and main responsibilities**:
**1. SERVICE DELIVERY**:
- Coordination of ODL pathways, programmes and project management of celebration events as directed
- Plan and administer activities including the booking of venues, providers/speakers, preparation of registers, and production of learning packs within agreed timeframes
- Communication and liaison with participants, line managers and Providers /speakers
- Marketing of ODL activities including upkeep of updating intranet pages and social media
- Updating Royal Free Leader toolkit 2.0 and other ODL resources as directed
- Collate, analyse, evaluate leadership development offers’ data
- Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPS) to ensure quality of delivery of service. Participate in the review and updates of the SOPS
- Work with the ODL team to develop project plans as required using the agreed format
- Be responsible for monitoring the project plans and ensuring activities are completed in a timely manner
**2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL RESOURCES**:
- Use trust finance procurement systems to order and receipts goods and suppliers. Process recording spend on spreadsheets and dealing with queries to obtain a satisfactory outcome
- Manage technical equipment stock
**3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION RESOURCES**:
- Create classes ESR Learner Histories and update OLM as directed
- Maintain other trust-wide and departmental databases as directed
- Undertake Moodle LMS administration as required
**4. PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT**:
- Actively participate in own appraisal, agreeing learning and development needs linked to team, Directorate and Trust objectives.
- Critically reflect on own performance through interventions such as supervision.
- Attend relevant statutory and mandatory training to ensure competent and safe practice.
- Attend training agreed by line manager to ensure continuous professional development.
- Undertake other duties as may reasonably be requested

- Experience of interpreting and taking minutes at meetings including preparation of agenda and papers
