An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Governance Administrator for the W&Cs Team for a fixed term contract for 12 months. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrator to join our team to provide a variety of administrative tasks, who will be able to work as a key member of the team with a flexible approach. The role involves administrative and clerical support, event management, Datix and DCIQ support, including. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role within the existing team and make a difference to the quality and safety of women and children’s services.

Personal qualities we are looking for include someone who is an excellent team player, with a keen eye for attention to detail, an enquiring mind, organised and methodical yet with the ability to adapt to and accommodate changing priorities and deadlines through a structured and proactive approach to work.

The post holder is responsible for supporting the administration of Quality Governance within the Division across the Barnet and Royal Free Hospital sites. This will include, but will not be limited to patient safety, risk, incidents, clinical performance, compliance and audit.

The post holder will work closely with the quality governance, operational and corporate management teams and staff at all levels in the organisation and be required to work independently, under supervision and as part of a team.

The Women and Children's Governance Team consists of 4 Patient Safety and Risk Managers, 3 for Women's Health and 1 for Children's Services. In addition to this, we have a compliance and Audit manager and one other Governance Administrator. We are a very friendly, hardworking team based across the 2 sites.
