Administrative Support Professional

This role will provide administrative and operational support to the Business Services Team at PROSPECTUS-4. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting administrative and operational tasks, monitoring and maintaining stock levels, coordinating team calendars and meetings, and organizing and monitoring databases and records. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries and accurately process invoices and input financial data into systems.

Requirements:
