MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our new Monkstown client who create world leading bold engineering in the waste recycling and natural material processing industries. Due to demand, they are recruiting an experienced **Administrator** who will will be responsible for the administration involved with Health, Safety & Environmental Training and coordination and administrative support for all HSE Training throughout the Company.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to**:
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the HSE team.
- To collate all existing training records from excel sheets online and to schedule refresher training with department managers.
- Liaise with the HSE team and line management to identify training requirements for each role and any specifics needed such as, fire, first aid etc.
- Meet Deadlines.
- Adhere to company HR and Health and Safety policies.
**Essential Criteria**:
- At least 2 year’s recent experience in a busy office environment.
- Minimum of Grade C or above in GCSE or equivalent (English and Maths).
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as required.
- Enthusiasm, organisational, analytical with problem solving skills with a positive and flexible attitude to work being reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a cross functional team.
- Ability to work accurately whilst meeting deadlines & targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
