This is an extremely varied opportunity which requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be involved in a variety of Administrator tasks including managing telephone calls and recording all correspondences in accordance withGDPR. This role will be working within the claims department of the business.

My client are a global organisation who offer a hugely supportive working environment for all staff members. They provide full training and offer excellent career progression up to senior management level. You will need to have 2 - 3 years experience workingin a customer service role.

**Description**
- Processing a variety of administration tasks
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Organise confirmations for medical appointments
- Process payments
- Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
- Working hours
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm
