**Job Title:** Account Servicing Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the service department, including managing customer records and processing transactions.
  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a motor trade service environment, with a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
