Customer Service/administration Assistant

**Fleetline Coachworks Ltd** is a multi-manufacturer approved accident repair centre in South London, CR0 4XA.
Within this role you will play a key part in the customer’s experience - you are often the first and last impression the customer has of our multi-manufacturer approved paint and body centre and we want it to be a good one
As this is a customer facing role, you must be fluent in English speaking and writing to ensure the success of communications within our team and with our customers.
Computer skills are important and experience using Excel as well as other Microsoft Office features is essential.
Daily duties will include:
- Answering telephones in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
- Giving outstanding customer care throughout the customer journey.
- Liaising with insurers and accident management companies.
- Updating customers and insurers with repair status.
- Updating communication log on management system.
- Loading jobs on management system - Autoflow (training provided).
- Booking customer’s vehicles in for repair.
- Arranging courtesy vehicles.
- Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles.
- Checking in/out customer and courtesy vehicles.
- Reporting and logging any courtesy car damage.
- Taking payments by phone and in person.
- Organising transporter drivers’ daily work schedule.
- Updating booking in diary.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Problem solving and the ability to multi-task.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets required to monitor workflow.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
