**POSITION CURRENTLY BASED IN CROYDON - MOVING TO CRAWLEY IN JUNE NEED TO BE HAPPY TO COMMUTE.**

We are looking for an experienced customer centric Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join our Sales Team, working closely with our Sales Managers and Clients to provide a seamless project experience.

The successful person will be an outstanding communicator, have exceptional attention to detail and technical product ability who doesn’t accept anything but perfection on all projects.
- Provides admin support and office back up for account manager
- Providing efficient administrative support, raising sales order and quotes for additional items for customers
- Provides detailed technical advice / product knowledge advice (full product training provided)
- Liaises effectively internally with Operations to ensure customers are kept up to date
- Provides timely resolutions to all technical / product queries
- Accurate scheduling of activities and entering of customer data in the CRM
- Small schedule revisions at the final stage

**Experience**:

- Strong planning and project resource management skills; project scheduling experience
- Experienced in building relationships with Architects, Designers, Contractors, Site Managers
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experienced using a CRM / ERP system
- Thorough understanding of the sales cycle / sales pipeline
- Proven experience of managing a project from inception through to completion
- Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects running concurrently
- Experience of reporting and updating progress to senior stakeholders
- Adept in delivering a high level of project administration / sales support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
