**Central Services Assistant - £17,500 per annum**
**Purpose**:
We are looking for a Central Services Assistant to join our busy Central Services team, which provides support functions to the staff of the Lyons Davidson Group.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Our busy Central Services Team is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and diligent individual to join the team. The role is based at our Queen Square, Bristol Office.
The role covers variety of tasks, primarily processing incoming mail which is scanned direct to files, followed by assisting with various casehandler direct printing requests and various other queries.
The majority of the work has to be completed the same day to meet Service Level Agreements.
The work would typically include the tasks listed below:

- General administration duties associated with scanning incoming post, including preparing documents, adding bar codes, scanning, validating, and picking items to return to case handlers;
- Use of various bespoke Applications, scanning and allocating of documents in additional to TopDesk Requests received from casehandlers
- Actioning direct printing requests
- Photocopying/ assisting with reprographics as required;
- Cover for centrally printed mail.
- Preparation outgoing mail, processing Royal Mail labels and preparing mail for end of day collection by Royal Mail.
- Assist with deposits and retrieval from deeds store as requested and that records are kept in good order;
- Assisting with other general administration duties, including Stationery, as required.
- **Skills/Competencies required**:
You will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently, have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
You must be computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word. You must have the ability to work unsupervised.
**Experience**:
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
**Education**:
A good standard of education including Maths and English.
