Are you organized, and detail-oriented? This role is perfect for an individual with 1yr+ experience working for a Financial Advisory and Financial Planning firm, who wants a role where you can use your skills and knowledge to help grow and train a newly created Central Operations team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Central Ops Manager, you will assist our Support hub teams across the UK with their administration needs. Day to day tasks will include producing valuations, keeping the CRM system up to date and liaising with provider platforms

**Accountabilities**
- Comprehensive data management with strong attention to accuracy
- Produce regular reporting efficiently and accurately
- Participate in projects, providing key administrative support
- Help drive internal initiatives, aimed at process improvement
- Liaison between the Operations team and other departments

**Skills and Experience**
- 6 mths to 1yr's experience working within an FS or IFA firm or you might have carried out a placement year
- Strong administrative skills.
- Working knowledge of a financial services database/CRM is desirable (full training will be provided).
- Intermediate Excel skills - V:lookups, Pivot tables.
- Excellent prioritisation skills to meet, if not exceed, deadlines.
- A desire to be great at what you do
