Minimum 10-14 years of overall IT experience with **minimum 6-8 years with Microsoft Business Central.**Understanding typical MS architecture patterns including REST services via middleware, batch processing and data models.

1. Ability to understand different modules/versions in Microsoft Business Central

2. Experience of extracting and transforming from Business central

3. Ability to customize and enhance the system as per requirements

4. MS Dynamics implementation work, covering but not limited to forms, APIs, plugins, workflows and dashboards

5.Excellent development practices and logical design thinking are expected

6.Propose and adopt improvements to working practices of the team to promote stability and consistency of implementation and prevent defect leakage to production

7. Work with other technical teams as needed to deliver new capabilities

8. Prepare design artifacts for communication and handover material required by production support

9. Assistance to production support during deployments and helping with any incidents arising

10. Ensure implementations consider and account for performance, security, usability, maintainability and monitoring considerations

11. Identify and fix issues/incidents

12. Enhancements and bug-fixes

13. Problem root cause analysis and fixing

14. Coordination with third-party and business stakeholders

15. Performance tuning

16. Proactive resolution of alerts

**Good to have**
- Experience in building MS workflow & MS Power Automate.
- Experience with Data Verse & CDS systems.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD integration with the code base.
- Coach and mentor the junior development team at a technical level (code reviews, best practices, architecture guidance).
- Coordinate and communicate with clients.
