**Purpose of the role**

This role is based in our Derby office and as our Sales Ledger Administrator you will maintain a detailed and accurate record of all the Sales / Commission Ledger (SCL) receipts, as well as ensuring all Sales/Commission Ledger
adjustments/reconciliation's are carried out in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

**Including, but not limited to**
- To ensure all SCL documents are scanned and posted on a daily basis
- Banking cash and cheques as and when required
- Processing SCL write off's
- Ensuring all SCL adjustments have been authorised by your line manager
- Notifying the Credit Controller of any unallocated receipts
- Notify the Credit control team of any queries, received with remittance advices, claims or statement's
- Manual Credit card Charges
- Month End Reconciliations
- the processing of direct debits, as and when required
- Provide administrative assistance including query management, as and when required
- Ensure completion of annual on-line mandatory training on data protection, information security and financial crime.
- Develop an understanding of cyber risk and threat by reading and engaging in communications and awareness training from the business
- Understanding and upholding the information security policies.

- One year previous work history in a finance setting
- Accurate keyboard skills and data input
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Methodical, Numerate analogical
- Excellent attention to detail
