**Customer Experience Agent**

SUPPER's ethos is and always will be quality of service. The role of the customer experience agent is to support customers throughout their journey in using our platform to ensure customer satisfaction is met and to support all our restaurant partners.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Resolving customer complaints according to our guidelines. Whenever unsure of a resolution refer to your supervisor.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer any questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary and with other departments.
- Attending weekly training and weekly meetings with other departments whenever it is required.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our restaurant partners at all times.
- Responding promptly to restaurants' inquiries.
- Updating restaurants menus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills & attributes**:

- Minimum of two years experience in Customer Service roles or similar
- Patience whilst understanding customer enquiries
- People-first attitude
- Clear communication skills

**Location**:London, W1G 0PH, on-site

**Hours**:Full time, Monday - Sunday

Agents will be trained and supervised by and report to Service Centre Manager.
