Are you a content leader with a love for people and a heart for justice?

We are looking for a Content Team Leader to manage Tearfund's cross-channel content strategy, providing direction and alignment for supporter-facing communications roles across Tearfund. You will lead a team of channel owners and content producers, creating relevant, timely and engaging content for Tearfund's audiences. You will ensure strong coherence and consistency in brand messaging by setting the guiding principles of content. This role is critical in helping Tearfund achieve its organisational objectives and meet user needs.
- Leading multi disciplinary teams and marketing communications roles to upskill in content best practice
- Developing online cross-channel content strategy with clear success criteria
- Overseeing digital content for a company or organisation
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of online user experience
- Understanding of content design
- Strong search engine optimisation and marketing skills
