We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Team Leader to join our team at the Aster Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising a dedicated team of caring professionals and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of care professionals to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care and ensure that each resident's individual needs are met.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior care role, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of dementia and CQC standards for care homes.
