Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Teddington Cedar Road Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Early Years professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for all children.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
