About the Role


We're seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in researching, structuring, and writing user-centred content for our various channels. This includes our website, advertising, and print materials. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, UX Design, Graphic Design, and Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective content that supports our mission to promote diversity and inclusion.


Our ideal candidate will have:


  • A proven track record of high-quality copywriting and/or significant editorial experience
  • A clear understanding of content design best practices and user experience principles
  • Experience using data and insights to write user-centred content and user journey maps
  • Confidence in running workshops and championing content design best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
