Job description

Oxford City Council has an exciting opportunity for a Community Events and Grants Business Administrator Apprentice to join their Events and Grants teams to support them in increasing the quantity, diversity, reach and income from events and activities across the city.

If you are passionate about making a difference, have great attention to detail and enjoy working across busy and innovative teams then this Apprenticeship may be for you. You will learn about and support event organisers to put on a wide range of events and activities across the city.

Your role will mainly be administrative but you will be able to gain some operational event experience too as opportunities arise. You will also learn about and help with the administration of our community grants. The role is wide reaching and will include providing excellent customer care with a wide range of internal staff and community groups and organisations as well as professional event organisers in the city.

We are looking for an apprentice who is:
