**Contract**: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week.

**Salary**: £24,000

**Responsibilities**

As a Triage Advisor you will undertake support duties for the operational and office-based teams.

Your day to day will include:

- Ensuring all work orders, are received with correct problem code, site location, contact details and a detailed description of works required, problem, any access issues etc. and take action to remedy any that require further information to allow timely assignment and completion of work required.
- Regular conversations and checks in with Contract Managers and Client if required to correct, update, or amend work orders to ensure correctly reflect work required.
- Providing a professional, efficient, and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers.
- Acheiving individual performance targets and support the team/department in achieving broader performance goals.

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Triage Advisor is great for you if:

- Excellent telephone manner, with great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook.
- Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
