**Role Summary**:
We seek a dedicated and proactive Customer and Provider Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and window cleaners, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with the onboarding and ongoing support of window cleaners on our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Assist window cleaners with queries, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to window cleaners, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and provider interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and address any recurring issues or areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
