**Job Overview**

You will be responsible for the day to day booking and booking administration of training courses for all my client’s training sites including but not limited to Aberdeen and Newcastle for both self-funding and business customers.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Convert incoming telephone calls and training enquiries into sales
- Provide information, advice and guidance to delegates on their portfolio of courses
- Proactively contact potential training leads / future delegates and / or course expiries
- Manage the full course bookings process from initial enquiry to confirmation of joining instructions
- Liaise with both delegates and clients to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Support system development and new initiatives
- Ensure accurate data entry of delegate and course payment information at all times
- Work alongside the marketing team to use various initiatives and pricing offers to boost sales
- Support the administration team to ensure delegates receive their certificates in a timely manner
- Upsell where possible by listening to the delegates/client needs
- Ensure all quality and sales KPI’s are met on a monthly basis
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Customer Service Manager
