**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Administrator, based in Aberdeen.
**Responsibilities**:
Departmental admin support
- Record keeping (annual leave, sickness absence etc)
- Procurement
- Travel booking
- Inbox management
AD Team admin support
- Minute taking
- Programme administration (registrations, attendance, evaluation etc)
- Data entry
- Event organisation
Part Time Contract position - 25 Hours per week.
