Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Front of House Administrator to meet and greet customers and assist with the associated paper work and phone calls for managing insurance claims and private jobs. Previous experience would be an advantage but not a requirement, full training will be given.
Our body shop is BSI approved and has contracts with many leading insurance companies, we also hold Subaru, Isuzu, MG and Saab manufacturers approvals.
Station Coach Works has in place a training program to cater for members of staff in the process of gaining a recognised qualification and to update their CPD.
We are a small family run business based in Great Dunmow who have recently celebrated 50 years in business.
**Responsibilities -**
Meeting and greeting customers who come in for estimates.
Answering the phone.
Loading customer details on to management software.
Liaising with Insurance Companies and Customers.
Booking in customers.
To make sure the Bodyshop management software is kept up-to-date (Emacs).
To manage diary for our fleet of courtesy cars and obtaining necessary driving license details and insurance documents from potential drivers.
Assist seeing in parts and labelling them up so easily identifiable.
Assist checking in cars in ready for repair when necessary.
From time to time collecting and delivering cars.
To work as part of a team.
To comply with Health and Safety.
**Salaries are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.**
9am to 5pm, with half an hour for lunch
£27k plus, depending on experience.
