**Customer Sales Advisor - In and around Chelmsford - Basic salary £24,000 - Uncapped Commission Scheme**

We have a Customer Service opportunity with a difference Our client is hugely ambitious and wants to keep growing, we want Customer Service Advisors who can work in a field-based role and deliver outstanding service to customers

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will work in the field, attending appointments with customers to give them the products the customer has ordered and deliver a perfect service you would get in a retail store You will be working with customer to give themproduct demonstrations, talk about other products they could have and then allocating that to their account

We can offer a competitive salary, a signing on bonus during your probation and the chance to earn over £37,000

Due to the current rate of expansion, it is an essential requirement of the role that you hold a full UK driving licence. You will be working with customers across your local area and provide a truly personal service, this is not like a delivery driver jobdoing 80+ drops a day, all you will see is 6-8 customers a day - easy

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:

- Provide an outstanding level of service to customers
- Create an environment that delivers an excellent experience for customers
- Work alongside your team to grow your store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Keeping product knowledge up to date and being able to discuss currently industry trends with customers and colleagues
- Use your retail or customer service skills to engage in a positive manner at all times
- Must be able to drive and have 6 points or less on your licence
