If so, Osborne Appointments are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator permanent position for our successful client in Hitchin.
**Billing Administrator - Benefits**:

**Billing Administrator - Main Responsibilities**:
- Generating invoices for all reactive and quoted works.
- Answering customer questions and resolving customer queries in a timely manner, to ensure we can bill correctly.
- Liaising with various departments e.g. Credit Control/National Accounts to gain necessary information in order to update customers.
- Updating customer portals and websites with invoicing details.
- Other duties will include taking calls from our customers and logging them onto our system.
**Billing Administrator - Key Skills + Attributes**:
- Has a passion for customer service with 1+ years’ experience
- Confident in speaking with people via the phone where necessary
- Have excellent communication skills
- A strong eye for detail
- Confident in working on your own as well as in a team
- Be able to use initiative and take responsibility
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
