Our client based in Hitchin is looking for a Billing Administrator to join there busy, ever-growing team If you are an experienced administrator with a passion for Customer Service then please look no further

**Tasks**
- Generating invoices for all reactive and quoted works.
- Answering customer questions and resolving customer queries in a timely manner, to ensure our client can bill correctly.
- Liaising with various departments e.g. Credit Control/National Accounts to gain necessary information in order to update customers.
- Updating customer portals and websites with invoicing details.
- Other duties will include taking calls from our cleints customers and logging them onto our system to arrange an Engineer Call-Out.

**Skills**
- You will be an experienced Administrator who is confident dealing with high volumes in a demanding environment.
- You will have a superb telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, and numeracy skills.
- IT literate, with experience of using a CRM being an advantage.
