An exciting opportunity for an **immediately available** HR professional to join a successful, growing and vibrant advertising agency in Central London.

You will implement and look after strategies which have already been set in place and effectively lead the HR team to ensure a coaching style is used to build the teams confidence and expose them to a wide variety of HR. You must be able to coach senior leaders to enhance their capabilities and ensure managers are truly managing, this would ensure that HR is not so heavily relied upon for smaller issues that may arise.

**Initially a 6 month FTC with potential going perm**
- Demonstrate strong coaching/influencing skills
- Sound understanding of employee relations (including complex)
- Operational HR background and passion
- Strong minded and able to build solid relationships across the organisation

**Salary to £90,000 + outstanding company benefits**:
