**ASAP START** **Service Coordinator**
**The Role**
In this role you will be Manage the service delivery on a daily basis, including the dynamic allocation of work tovehicles / routes, proactively communicating with customers, maintaining contact with drivers throughout the day, and undertaking debriefs
**Responsibilities;**
- Support drivers to act on issues identified on the rounds
- Undertake debrief of drivers
- Encourage ‘Stop the Job’ if it's unsafe, report to your Supervisor
- Report all service concerns
- Report all safety concerns
- Proactively communicate with customers
- Create a customer excellence approach & culture
- React to and manage customer queries and complaints
- Implement service practices that meet the customers’ needs
- Build trust & honesty & maintain commitments with customers and suppliers -Report all environmental concerns
**Work Pattern**
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Working one in four Saturdays' for a AM shift
- Minimum pay of 8 hours a day
**Salary**
- £13.00 Monday to Friday
- £13.00 Saturday (one a month)
