Position: Part-Time Accounts and Admin Assistant
Location: Wellington, Devon
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Support: Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and managing invoices.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and databases.
- General Office Support: Supporting the team with various day-to-day tasks and projects.
**Requirements**:
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Equivalent to Level 3 or 4 AAT is preferred.

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
