**We are now looking to recruit an Administrator - This is a 6 month fixed term contract Salary £21,000 + great benefits package**
This is an exciting time to be part of our Wayleave Division as the position offers variety and cross collaboration with our Teams. As our Wayleave Administrator you will be supporting our Wayleave Co-ordinators across a geography of Airband’s portfolio of projects.
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator who has an interest in telecoms, engineering, property, estate agency, lettings or land ownership. Based at our new Tiverton head office you will be adding vital support to the Team whilst leasing with internal divisions and 3rdparty contacts.
- Providing administrative support to the Wayleave Coordinators. Working with a high level of accuracy and audit awareness.
- Proactively monitor and pursue outstanding information by all forms of communication.
- Support with effective research projects that will require using media and specialist sector portals.
- Actively follow a list of priorities and effectively manage your day to day work schedule.
- Make use of Land Registry, planning authority and utility company websites to assist the field teams with site acquisitions and planning.

**What we need from you?**
- You will have excellent Administration skills across Microsoft office and Excel, Data entry and be comfortable with systems.
- Working closely with the Wayleave Team you will need a proactive approach and be flexible to the requirements of the projects
- Excellent levels of communication both with internal Divisions and externally across a wide variety of channels including 3rdparty contacts.
- Provide a confident and high level of detailed communication
- A professional Team Player who has initiative and drive.
