**Sales and Marketing Administrator with Social Media Management**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Administrator with a knack for social media management to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing elements within the business, with administrative tasks, campaign management, and customer relationship management. Additionally, this role involves creating and managing engaging content for our social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases and general admin support.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Prepare sales presentations and materials for meetings and client pitches.

**Marketing Administration**
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest and others.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with our audience to build a strong online community.
- Analyse social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and graphics.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain and update new leads database ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Assist in the development of customer engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing administration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with experience in creating and managing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design packages including Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You’ll be great in this role ifyou have excellent communication skills, a flair for creative writing and a keen eye for detail. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks. You will be a great team player who works well with others but who can also work under your own initiative. Above all, you will be passionate about what you do and excited for a new challenge.

**Salary & Benefits**

A full time salary of £27,500 to £30,000 is being offered (dependant on experience)

Working hours and Monday to Friday with a half day finish on a Friday.

Benefits include 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays and an extra day's leave for your birthday each year. Pension and Westfield Health Cashback Scheme.

Free parking on site.
