Remote, United Kingdom resharmonics Full time

**About Res:Harmonics**

At res:harmonics, we're building the world's best cloud-based serviced living property management system (PMS). The serviced apartment, co-living and build to rent sectors are experiencing huge international growth, so it is an exciting sector to work in. Although we are a small business we have clients based across the UK, Europe and Asia.

Our team is passionate, hardworking and welcoming. We aim to make working at res:harmonics fun, demanding and fast-paced. We look for individuals who thrive in a client based product environment and enjoy delivering a great service to our customers, who are smart, dynamic, assertive and eager to grow and succeed.

In the last year we’ve experienced nearly 30% growth in our revenue year on year, which is allowing us to invest and further improve our offering. We are moving out of the start-up and into the scale-up phase, which requires us to continue to add new functionality for customers, and also improve our processes and technology and mature our platform, ensuring a steady foundation to underpin further growth.

We are looking for an experienced developer who can lead areas of the team. The business is still growing, so this is an opportunity to get involved early and shape the team and processes required for growth.

This role will suit someone looking to take a step up and shape their environment, rather than slot into a pre-existing mould. In return there is a competitive salary and stock options to share significantly in the growth and potential of the business.

**Skills we looking for**
- Extensive experience in software development with a strong track record of building and maintaining complex software as a service systems.
- Deep expertise in at least one of our programming languages and a solid understanding of software design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud and technical architecture with ability to design and implement complex technical architectures that meet the product’s requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should be able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals.
- Ability to solve complex problems with a proven ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex technical problems. You should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
- Genuinely passionate about technology and have a desire to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies.

**Your experience**
- Understanding of distributed and complex systems, with experience of designing and developing in the cloud and the relevant technologies and modern service design.
- You should have a good understanding of when to “build” and when to “buy”
- You’ll be working closely with our product manager on story development and breakdown into technical tasks ready for sprint planning - therefore experience of an agile environment and how to best support planning and estimation is ideal.
- Someone with good communications skills, who can debate, discuss, know when to alter their position but also when to stand their ground.
