Role Overview:

As the Catastrophic Injury Technical Lead / Supervisor, you will lead and mentor a team of Senior Associates, guiding them through intricate, high-value caseloads involving catastrophic injury files. This role requires significant experience with cases valued at £3 million and above.

Key Responsibilities:
