**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Retrieve orders from the website and process them efficiently on our systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to delivery, products, and any other concerns.
- Administer mailshots and ensure accuracy in communication.
- Utilize our systems to update stock on the website, flagging any issues promptly.
- Conduct website "housekeeping" activities.
- Oversee our loyalty program.

**Office Administration**:

- Organize and maintain office documentation, files, and records.
- Manage stationary and other office supplies as needed.
- Run and maintain basic reports as required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the premises.
- Facilitate new employee inductions.
- Welcome visitors to the office.
- Coordinate company outings and events.
- Organize travel arrangements.
- Oversee vendor contracts and services.
- Ensure operational functionality of all office equipment.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks from other departments as needed.

**Working hours**: 8:45-17:30, Monday-Friday.

**Contract type**: Full time, permanent, office-based.

**Location**: SW8, London.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably within a luxury/premium goods brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive and capable of using own initiative when required.
- Self-motivated and diligent in completing tasks thoroughly.
