Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our client's customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer service calls and performing initial diagnostics/problem solving
- Liaising with customers and providing follow-up support
- Coordinating service department repairs, including allocating field engineers if necessary
- Managing and tracking calls and repairs to completion
- Processing and administrating UK installations
- Preparing service quotations and customer service invoices
- Generating spare parts sales quotations and invoices
- Reviewing weekly compliance with performance targets and preparing service reports
- Assisting with general office administration tasks as needed
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident with a polite phone manner
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good organisational skills
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (training on the company's sales order processing system and service software will be provided)
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of wireless communications systems
- Familiarity with the retail, restaurant, or healthcare sectors
