**The Role**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support the Recruitment team to ensure an efficient, accurate, effective, confidential, and prompt service.

The Recruitment team is part of the wider Employee Experience Team which sits within the HR Department at PRS for Music. The Employee Experience team consists of Talent Acquisition, L&D and ED&I. We work across the business to deliver equity, inclusion and belonging for all employees, both in terms of recruitment, internal progression and learning and development, with a holistic approach to intersectionality and allyship.

**Responsibilities**:
As our Talent Acquisition Executive, some of your day to day duties will include.
- Managing end to end high volume recruitment.
- Regular management of your individual and shared Recruitment Mailbox, ensuring efficient response, categorisation and action of items.
- Monitoring recruitment spend against budget, ensuring invoices are process and tracked efficiently.
- Preparing contracts for suppliers within PRS for Music, entering the details onto the required systems efficiently and effectively, managing renewals, extensions and records.
- Maintaining the various Recruitment systems (Excel, SharePoint, ResourceLink, iCIMS) ensuring accuracy. Reporting on these where required.
- Providing recruitment support to the Recruitment Manager on initiatives such as work experience, graduate recruitment, apprenticeships and internship programmes.

The salary for this position is circa £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Experience of managing end to end recruitment campaigns
- Proven, solid experience using direct sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles (including Boolean)
- Experience of working as an agency or in-house recruiter
- Ability to foster good stakeholder recruitment relationships, internally and externally
- Experience of using Excel and recruitment Application Tracking systems
- Good working knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and equality of selection with a passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy

**The Process**

Our interview process for this role is simple and as follows:
- First stage interview virtually on MS Teams.- Second stage interview in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Our London Bridge Hub is based within Hays Galleria and overlooks the River Thames. When you see the view, we are sure you will want to join us in our collaborative working space

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home for up to 3 days per week. To ensure the health & safety of all our employees, if you wish to work from home for more than 2.5 days per week, we will conduct a quick and easy remote-working assessment.
