**Solutions in Service (SIS) are currently recruiting for Bank Support Workers within our in Crewe.**

SIS provide 24/7 support to individuals with complex mental health needs, our primary focus is on promoting recovery and personal growth, while empowering individuals to develop their living skills, fostering a smooth transition into more independent living.

**Responsibilities of a Support Worker.**
- Provide support to individuals with additional needs through our person-centred approach.
- Provide social inclusion opportunities through use of local amenities such as leisure attractions, walks, skilled activities, and support with gaining employment and recognised qualifications.
- Support with daily living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, cooking, and encouraging good personal hygiene.

**What are we looking for**:

- People that are passionate about making a difference.
- Experience within Mental Health
- Experience working Within Supported Living.
- Driving is preferable but not essential.
- Level 2 NVQ is desirable but not essential

**What do you get in return?**

We provide a wide range of **free** training bespoke to the service and individuals we support, which we regularly update to reflect current sector wide policy and best practice. Our training services are designed to offer advice and guidance in a range of areas to services that support people with complex mental health diagnoses.
