Our client, based in Trafford Park, has an opportunity for a confident administrator to join their Aftercare team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager you will be a direct contact for customers following the installation of their products, ensuring complete customer care and satisfaction.

**Duties include:

- Contacting clients to discuss any post installation issues they may have
- Promote business/customer focus through the aftercare process
- Liaising internally with FIMS and relevant management team
- Confirm any remedial bookings/visits and track Fitter’s contact and visits
- Update the internal IT system with installation updates from daily reports
- Adhere to the department procedures as advised

**Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proactive approach are essential
- Confident telephone manner and articulate handling of any issues is vital
- Able to work in a team environment whilst using initiative if matters need referral
- Strong IT skills are a must, along with accuracy and attention to detail
- An organised approach and excellent time management skills
- Ability to use own initiative but also understand when matters need to be referred to a Team Manager

**Salary**:

- £23,000 per annum

Hours:

- 8:00 - 4:30
