**Fighting Fitness is growing and we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our team as Customer Service and Membership Administrator.**

Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to our members by providing support on any queries, cancellation/retention requests and sales of upgrades and memberships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting new members once they have signed up to ensure a seamless onboarding to our club.
- Providing exceptional customer service - ensuring that members have all of the information and guidance they need maximise the experience as a member of Fighting Fitness.
- Being the first point of contact for existing members - supporting them with any issues, class changes, membership upgrades, events booking, cancellations and payment queries.
- Focus on member retention and customer service.
- Upselling our memberships and being highly knowledgeable of the opportunities at Fighting Fitness including additional events and merchandise.
- General membership management, keeping details up to date and documenting interactions.
- Placing and managing printing and merchandise orders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth running of marketing strategies and internal promotions.
- Assisting in the organisation and smooth running of club events.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least 3 years experience working in an office or administration environment
- Experience with learning and adapting to new software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Word (or Pages, Numbers)
- Great communication skills
- Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills and attention to detail

**Working Hours**:20 hours per week Monday - Friday flexible hours within 9am - 3pm plus 1 evening shift

**Remuneration**:£13 per hour

**Location**:Initially majority will be required to work from Woking dojo (GU21 2EP), working from home hours can be discussed.
