Are you passionate about Customer service and looking for a new and fresh challenge with a company that offers a fantastic working environment in a fun team with a rewarding company.


Duties to Include:

Answering inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls

Booking appointments

Liaising with outsourced clients

Maintaining employee diaries

Processing paperwork

Handling customer complaints & queries

Maintaining customer database

Other general office administration

Processing orders

Preparing delivery schedules

Liaise with couriers regarding lost/ missing orders

Skills/ Experience Required:

You should be IT literate (MS Word and Excel).

Applicants will be bright and self-motivated, able to work alone but still be an active participant in the team

You should have a great phone manner, a genuine liking of customers; have good written and spoken English and strong attention to detail

You should be tenacious and diligent, able to own a problem and follow it through to conclusion
