You will work within a busy and fast-paced service, providing a quality comprehensive and pro-active housing advice and homelessness assessment service for all customers in order to prevent or relieve homelessness. The role will be varied and will require a person who can easily learn processes and retain information.

You will have experience and competency in managing a busy workload and/or working in a multi-disciplinary service and will be highly proficient at using IT systems to input and manage customer information. The role will require a high level of oral and written skills, and knowledge of housing / homelessness policies, statutory responsibilities and general information on housing options. Excellent communication skills will be essential.

This role is a **flexible hybrid worker** style, and this means that the role will work at the most effective locations and at the most effective times, respecting the needs of the task, the customer, the individual and the team.
