Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver expert housing options guidance to the public after conducting thorough assessments. The focus is on executing casework aimed at preventing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate homeless cases in line with the Housing Act part VII (as amended) and the Homelessness Reduction Act.
- Assist individuals in navigating their housing challenges and provide actionable advice.
- Manage a diverse caseload, making informed legal decisions and offering support in securing accommodation.
