Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Ellesmere Port. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Administer medication as required
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties and housing management tasks
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and have a strong work ethic and duty of care. You will have a 'can-do approach', person-centred values, energy, and commitment to supporting our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations.

As a Support Worker with Creative Support Ltd, you will receive full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. We offer a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days annual leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
